Inquiry Call
This initial call is a chance to gather key details such as your child's age, grade level, current school, and overall goals. It also gives families the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. Together, we'll determine whether we are a good fit and whether my services align with your family's needs. If so, we will set a date/time for our Family Strategy Session and I will look forward to diving deeper and understanding further how I can support your child’s educational journey.

Family Strategy Session
The strategy session is a more in-depth conversation where students and parents share their story in detail. We explore your child’s school journey so far, including what has worked well, what challenges may be present, and what you hope for in the future. Together, we consider whether the timing and approach feel right, and if so, we discuss the various options for moving forward. This standalone session is obligation-free, but it is designed to provide families with clarity, direction, and actionable next steps.

Guided Admissions Support
Once we begin working together, I provide step-by-step guidance through the admissions process. This includes building a clear timeline, preparing for interviews and campus visits, reviewing application requirements, and curating a school list aligned with your child’s strengths and interests. Families may choose a comprehensive package or a customized hourly plan, each designed to make the school search organized, manageable, and less stressful.
Services for Elementary Schools
Student Support
I partner with schools to guide students as they prepare for their next step. Working with 6th and 8th graders individually, in small groups, or as a class, I help them build confidence and develop the skills needed for the admissions process, especially interviews and school visits. With this preparation, students are ready to share their best selves and feel confident about thriving in their next school environment.
Parent Support
I meet with or present to parent groups, demystifying the admissions process and providing practical guidance and encouragement to help families navigate each step with clarity and confidence.
Packages
Family Strategy Session
A one-time 1–2 hour session designed to get to know your family, understand your student’s needs and goals, and talk through what’s most important for the road ahead. Together, we’ll decide on the best next steps. If you move forward with the comprehensive plan, the cost of this session will be applied toward it.
Comprehensive Package
A single, all-inclusive fee that covers the entire admissions season. Support begins after the family strategy session and continues through the end of that year’s process.
Hourly Package
For families who prefer support with specific parts of the admissions process, we’ll create a tailored plan together. Services are billed hourly with a set minimum.
